Project Manager, Rollout (Ref. #19044)

Description: 

For our customer, an international service provider, we are looking for a project manager rollout. Your Tasks:

  • Develop and manage a consolidated detailed go-live plan (“runbook”) reflecting all necessary steps ensure the P2P platform Ivalua with Procurement & Invoicing Module and related Interfaces (SAP, Maximo, up to 5 punchout catalogues from external vendors) are fully ready in production environment
  • Support the coordination & execution of the UAT for testing of change requests (Approx. 1 week UAT)  
  • Close monitoring of the execution of the different steps from the go-live runbook performed by different parties (external system provider, internal teams) – by setting up stage gates, checkpoints, coordinating hand-overs between different parties, etc.
  • Organizing and coordinating checkpoint calls to review the progress of the go-live runbook, clarify open issues, prepare decision proposal etc.
  • Support the issue tracking & resolution process with the relevant parties and stakeholders involved.  
Requirements: 

You bring the following Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in project management of similar engagements
  • Knowledge of a P2P system implementation, preferred of Ivalua 
  • Strong driver and capability to engage with stakeholder to ensure progress in the execution of the plan 
  • Clear communication capabilities
  • Knowledge of SAP – not mandatory
  • very good English knowledge
