On-Site IT Support Specialist – L1/L2 (60%) (Ref. #26203)
CONTRACT
Beschreibung:
For a short-term client project in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced On-Site IT Support Specialist with strong Level 1 and Level 2 workplace support expertise.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users on-site
- Test technical implementations and verify their correct functionality
- Coordinate technical activities directly with end users and project stakeholders
- Reimage and restage laptops, desktops and other workplace devices
- Perform device replacements and support hardware rollouts
- Set up and configure workplaces, including computers, monitors, peripherals and accessories
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and device configuration issues
- Document completed activities, incidents and technical findings
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams
Anforderung:
- Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
- Strong practical knowledge of workplace and end-user computing environments
- Experience with device imaging, staging and replacement processes
- Experience setting up and configuring workplace hardware and peripherals
- Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and operating systems
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with users on-site
- Reliable availability for three days per week throughout the project duration
- Fluent English skills
