For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced SAP IS-H Consultant to support ongoing operations, application support activities and process optimization initiatives.
- Support and maintain SAP IS-H solutions in a production environment
- Provide functional support for incidents, service requests and change requests
- Analyze and optimize healthcare-related business processes, with a strong focus on billing and invoicing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users and IT teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Ensure smooth operation of healthcare administration and billing processes
Anforderung:
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-H
- Strong expertise in SAP IS-H Billing / Invoicing processes
- Experience in application support, operations and functional consulting
- Solid understanding of healthcare and hospital business processes
- Experience with Swiss healthcare billing processes is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and engage with business stakeholders
