IT Finance Administrator / Back-Office (Ref. #18095)

The IT Finance Administrator/Back-Office is an office administrator position for the IT department of our client.  Your primary duties will be comprised of receiving invoices for IT goods and services, either electronically or in manual form, and processing these invoices. Additionally, this position will carry out limited duties in the area of financial controlling, as well as contribute in other areas, such as the creation of PowerPoint presentations. Examples of tasks:

  • Each month our client receives between 50 and 100 invoices for IT products and services carried out on our behalf.  You study each invoice to understand to which area or project it applies, and it then must be processed in the SAP system under the appropriate cost location (corresponding to the area or project) and account number (corresponding to the type of service).
  • In order to make decisions, key stakeholders must have an overview of the costs spent to date and how much money remains in the yearly budget.  You assist with this task by analyzing the needed financial spreadsheets or preparing new spreadsheets that track the costs.
  • It is often required that key stakeholders at prepare Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for various purposes. This can be a time-consuming task. You will assist in the preparation of presentations by working with the key stakeholders, understanding their communication requirements, and either creating PowerPoint presentations or else polishing their PowerPoint presentations to achieve a high quality.
Anforderung: 

You are a reliable office worker possessing good skills and experiences with the Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.  Our client relies very heavily on Microsoft SharePoint, so knowledge of SharePoint is expected. You must be a good teamworker who is capable of integrating into a very diverse, multi-cultural team, interacting at times with global stakeholders outside of Switzerland.  Because of the nature of the work, you must have a willingness to learn new topics and processes.

Depending on how much workload you can do and how much more back-office tasks you love to to this position has a workload of minimum 60% and could go up to 100%
