Description:
For an SAP S/4HANA migration programme in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced SAP HR Compensation Management Consultant. This is a specialised part-time role focused mainly on concept and design activities related to SAP HR Compensation Management within a migration context.
- Provide expert support for SAP HR Compensation Management
- Analyse compensation-related requirements in the context of an SAP migration
- Support concept and design activities for the HR compensation area
- Advise on migration implications for compensation management processes
- Support brownfield or shell-copy migration activities
- Ensure alignment with Swiss compensation-related laws and regulations
- Support discussions around banking-specific compensation processes and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, HR teams and migration specialists
Requirements:
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP HR Compensation Management
- Experience with brownfield or shell-copy SAP migrations
- Strong understanding of HR compensation processes
- Ability to work independently in a specialised advisory role
